Net Zero Legal Solutions is an independent legal services firm which specialises in supporting client businesses to diversify and grow within the Net Zero Economy. As Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom is seeking to redeploy and diversify infrastructure, technology and skills from its oil and gas sector, near term wins in offshore wind, hydrogen and carbon capture & storage are the centre of attention. We wish to be a driving force within that process. Further opportunities are identified among the 45 clean energy technologies being tracked in the International Energy Agency Tracking Clean Energy reports.
Our own expertise started with the privatisation of the Scottish electricity industry in the early 1990s and over 30 years subsequent track record and expertise of supporting corporate deals and international business expansion of technology and know-how led businesses.
Net Zero Legal Solutions is led by Hugh Fraser, a Scottish lawyer and member of the GlobalScot network Global Scot. He is also the Founder/Managing Partner of HFI Legal Consultancy, Bridgehead Ventures Interational and Garron Point Community Ventures. He was formerly the Group Head of Legal of John Wood Group PLC (now Wood.) and the former Middle East Managing Partner for Andrews Kurth Kenyon (now Hunton Andrews Kurth), a major US law firm.
